How to care for your Grateful Pajamas
Wash by hand or in the gentlest cycle of your wash with cold water.
Do not wash them together with garments with accessories such as zippers, studs, buttons or appliqués that could damage them. Always wash them inside out. Do not use dryer.
Returns and exchanges
CAN I MAKE RETURNS OF THE GARMENTS I BUY?
Returns are only accepted within the first 5 business days of receiving the product due to size inconveniences and that we do not have other sizes available for exchange or due to quality inconveniences, in this case you can decide if we send you a new garment or if we make the refund of the money. Shipping costs will be covered by us only when the return is due to a defect in the garment. You must send us the return of the products in good condition, folded correctly and with its packaging, just as you received it. Once we have received your return, it will be processed within 1-2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is completed and your account has been credited or your exchange has been shipped. Please note that refunds can only be made to the card originally used to pay for the order, and may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
IMPORTANT: if the purchase is made on a product from the BIG SALE collection, no changes or returns can be made.
HOW DOES THE CHANGE PROCESS WORK?
You can make changes by size or color during the first 5 business days after the delivery of the product, in this case you must bear the cost of shipping from your home to our Showroom and from our address to your home. Therefore, we recommend that you contact our Wsp for advice on sizes or any questions you may have. HOW DO I CANCEL OR AMEND MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please call +34 666 408 838 or e-mail hola@somosgrateful.com , quoting your order number, as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate any changes requested however, once an order has been processed we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled or amended.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY HOW DO I GET THIS REPAIRED?

I PAID DUTIES AND TAXES ON MY ORDER, ARE THESE REFUNDABLE?
Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties and taxes paid on your order.
